When parents look for a school for their children, what kind of school will they prioritize? A well-known one or one where their child will be taken care of well? If I were the parent, I would choose the one where my child would be given the utmost care. Because a child does not learn only about different subjects in school. But he/she learns about sharing and caring, how to respect their country, how to respect their elders, how to be affectionate towards juniors, etc. Achieving a good academic result is a nice thing, but it is the nicest to be a good person. In William Carey International School we try our best to build up our students in such a way that they will love everyone and will be loved by everyone surrounding them.
In today’s world, good people are more needed than good or expert professionals. A good person may not be an expert in everything, but no one will be harmed by him/her. That is the most important thing today that the whole world is looking for.
If we pay our full attention in making our students only result-oriented ones, we are destroying their future really. Eventually they will not become a good spouse, good parent, good neighbour, or good citizen. They may shine in their professional life, but in their family or society they will be marked as heartless and useless ones.
In WCIS we encourage our students to follow their dreams and to try to make those real. A person whose own dreams have come to reality can lead others to chase their dreams. Those who have dreams and are chasing those, can lead the society and the world. We want our students to be dreamers who will try to bring those dreams to reality.
With all our dreams, we and our students are approaching the future, and we are inviting others to join us, so that we can bring a better tomorrow for our beloved country. May God be with us in this journey to success.

It was a year of achievements and victories, of facing new challenges and reaching greater heights. Our curriculum and practices are continually gauged to corroborate the most updated and best practices which address the future needs of our students. It is our responsibility to pass on the legacy of education to our future generations where it sets children to grow personally, professionally and socially. It can awaken joy, curiosity a deep desire to solve problems and to be self-responsible individuals. We at WCIS, Savar Campus, believe in inspiring and paving the way for our students to develop their inbred qualities as academic succeeders, liberal thinkers and potent communicators making them independent global citizens.
In this pursuit of excellence, I appreciate our generous forum of guardians for supporting the school in every aspect.
